AKA a lounge car.

A club car is a type of railroad passenger car equipped for serving food and alcohol to the passengers. Nearly all club cars will have a bar, and may also include lounge chairs, tables, a buffet, and other etceteras.

A club car is not a dining car, which would have a more formal dinning environment.
