Spurious South London slang for "fists". The action of giving someone an uppercut to the jaw is, of course, like a piston hitting the recipient's chin. Used frequently in the Culky columns of PC Zone magazine around 1996, but possibly originating somewhere else.

Usage : "'E was givin' me some agro so I was sorely tempted to give him a taste of the old chin pistons."
