Canada pants are tight black pants worn by metro Detroit chicks / girls / womyn between the ages of 19 - 22 when they drive over the Ambassador Bridge to Windsor, Ontario to go bar-hopping for the evening. The legal drinking age in Canada is 19, which makes for a lot of border traffic on the weekends in Detroit.

Though I've moved to Arizona, I still have a couple pairs of Canada pants. I bought them at Express, they are still good for bar-hopping and general appreciate my butt days. Not to be worn to job interviews.
