"Bodega", (say: boe-day-ga), is a Spanish word meaning "warehouse". In Spain, it's generally used to refer to a "wine cellar" or "wine warehouse".

A lot of Spanish wine producers have a bodega where you can fill up your own bottles directly from huge wine casks at reduced prices. Please note, however, that serving wine from a 5 litre plastic water bottle is not "the done thing" at most dinner parties!
