1) Someone who has it going on. Meaning they have money, women, and the admiration of their fellow man. Often used to describe the neighborhood dope man. Or just anyone with enough money to blow it on flash items, like Prada gear, sprewells, and Jacobs wristwatches.

2) One who is very good at basketball.
