Microsoft AutoRoute is a
software application which displays detailed
maps and provides
route planning functionality. It also displays "points of interest" -
restaurants, petrol stations,
museums, tourist information centres, etc. AutoRoute is called Microsoft Streets and Tips in the
US and
Canada.
AutoRoute has a little brother called
Pocket Streets designed for use on
PocketPC handheld devices.
