Another wacky treat from the world of hybrid fruit. Genetically more complicated than the plumcot, the apricum has a little fuzz, making it resemble the apricot more than the plum. It has a higher sugar content than either of its parents, so its flesh is sweeter. Said to have more full-bodied flavor than an apricot. It's got Vitamin A and C and potassium.
