Most pro-lifers would argue that people do have a choice as to whether or not to have a child and that this choice is made at the moment of conception. Those people would also rather see a few thousand illegal back alley abortions than a few million legal murders of fetuses each year.
Basically this label is propaganda and the same people using this label are likely to tell you that every pro-lifer is a religious right-wing nutcase who bombs clinics and hates women.
