The
ABACUS4 process control system is a block based
software system for the real time control of
industrial and other continuous and batch processes. Also includes
SCADA features, unlike most other
SCADA systems price is not based on I/O count, but
CPU count.
It runs on standard intel PC hardware under the Linux operating system. It is supplied by MCH Konsulting Sweden, based in Västerås Sweden. A web site exists at http://abacus4.com.
Displays are rendered in X using Tcl/Tk. Reports are generated and stored using PostgreSQL.
