Using Flash to blend large moving text with groovy sublime jazz, Young-Hae Chang and Marc Voge are Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries. Based in their small house in Seoul, South Korea, they have created numerous animations (found at http://www.yhchang.com) and in 2001 won the prestigious Webby Award for Art.

Though they are all visually and aurally dazzling in the perfect synchronicity and the stories woven ambiently into the screen (try moving your computer chair back some distance to ease viewing), my favourites remain Dakota, Beckett's Bounce, or Rain on the Sea which is one of the few times I've wanted to simultaneously read and dance.
