Yoohoo is a chocolate flavored drink. Yoohoo should always be served cold, and should be agitated liberally before opening the container. Yoohoo tastes very good. It is not carbonated, so it lends itself well to chugging. Yoohoo containers are always sold slightly underfilled (11 ounces per can, vs. the standard 12); this is not a marketing scam. The extra space in the container allows the drink to be agitated effectively.

In exchange for not containing milk, you get the following as a tradeoff:

Dairy whey, high fructose corn syrup and/or sugar, corn syrup solids, cocoa (processed with potassium carbonate), soybean oil (partially hydrogenated), sodium caseinate (protein source), salt, tricalcium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, xanthan gum, guar gum, mono- and diglycerides, vanillan (an artificial flavor), lecithin, calcium ascorbate (vitamin C), natural flavor, vitamin A palmitate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), vitamin D and riboflavin (vitamin B2).

Sounds like a healthy tradeoff to me.
