Pshaw ! Everybody knows that this is the standard mexican greeting. Yes, that's right, in Xochimilco or Tlalpan you go up to any friendly looking cop, and say that.
He will smile hugely and invite you to the nearest pub for a nice straight tequila. Who knows, he may even let you try his gun.
It is also rumored that this magic sentence will get you free beer in any Sanborn's.
