My oldest daughter seems to be either allergic to paper or a wanna-be tattoo billboard. Her hands and arms get covered by notes, phone numbers and little hearts with arrows through them, with the names of boys written and then scribbled over. She's used watercolors, permanant markers and gelpens to doodle on her hands and arms. I finally had to tell her that the next time she doodles on her body, she will not be allowed to wash it off for a week, and her friends will wonder if she showers at all. Being the social-conscious teenager that she is, she has opted to refrain from writing on herself. I'm waiting until the day I see some doodling on her arm, and I start bitching at her -- and her telling me that it's her fifth tattoo. *shudder*
