Before there was
Yan Can Cook and
Martin Yan there was a
Canadian show called Wok With Yan. Stephan Yan would cook for half an hour telling a lot of
corny jokes and wearing an apron with a bad pun on it.
Some of these puns were:
Let's Wok Together
Wokky Talkie
Wok's Cooknig?
etc.
Wok With Yan was a lot more entertaining than
Yan Can Cook even if the only thing he ever cooked was stir fry.
If I ever have a cooking show it'll be called Wok With Chan. I already have the
apron.
