A great television tuner card that I have. It uses a Booktree chipset. Despite "Win" in the name, it works great with Video For Linux. Some models also get FM radio. You bet, mine does.

It's made by a New York company called Hauppauge. Their website is, you guessed it, www.hauppauge.com.

The Linux kernel modules for it are bttv.o, tuner.o, and lastly, for the sound chip you need msp3400.o.

Actually, Wintv is made by Hauppauge, and they use a Phillips tuner in most of them. The chipset is made by Brooktree which is now part of Conextant. There is also the cheaper $50 Wintv go model which has less feautures.
