My friend, rob, he's driving through our neighborhood, obviously a residential area. The speed limit is posted at 25mph. He's doing 35. Suddenly, the the siren starts going and he's being pulled over. So the cop says, "do you know what the speed limit here is? You were going 45 in a 25." And rob he looks the guy straight in the face and says "no, i was going 35." So the cop looks at him funny and then walks back to his car. He's in there for a while, talking with his partner. Then he comes back and says "sorry, about that. Here, have some free blockbuster rentals." and he gives rob these coupons. Then he drives away. Fucking weird.
