A twist on the word "wanker", used for variety or euphony. A term of English origin which may also be enjoyed by Americans, Australians, and people of much ilk.

Some examples of wangers: dogmatic Marxists, God-botherers (aka fundies), Objectivists, bean counters, Donald Trump, and enthusiastic Windows users.
