Take one Object oriented programming language, merge it with a brain damaged visual programming environment, and build platform specific objects into it reducing its portability. Taa-daa
Visual J. Was once related to Java, and will be again, eventually. If you must use a Visual Tool, try Visual Cafe or Visual Age for Java.
