A vastly overrated audio compression format. The
hype has it being better than mp3. This is false.
VQF rapes the Upper Bands more than a Bad MP3 Encoder,
and a Good encoder (LAME, Scmpx, FHG) utterly kicks it
right out of the ballpark. Interstingly, most of the
people who tell me how good VQF is vs. MP3 are not
Musicians. The opposite is Not True.
