Great, catchy album by Fountains of Wayne, an equally great and catchy nerd rock band. Varies musically between the Jimmy Eat World-esque pop-punk on Red Dragon Tattoo and the Byrds-like jangle of It Must Be Summer.

Utopia Parkway is also an actual road in the borough of Queens, New York, and the namesake for the above album. Since the band is from New Jersey, they likely listened/watched New York media, and the name keeps comping up in traffic reports, ads, etc. And it's a catchy name for an album.
