Large university based in the british city of Sunderland. It has approximately 15000 undergraduate students and specialises in teaching health sciences, media, computing and business courses.
The university is split into two main campuses. One on each bank of the River Wear. Facilities for students are improving all the time. An active students union which runs it's own bars and a nightclub, as well as the usual sporting societies, ensures that your period of study can pass by in a drunken haze.
