There is a new dormitory going up on the West Bank which is nearing completion already. It is a pile of shit building that could just as well be a pole barn for how long it's going to last. The dorm is going to be full of "efficiency units" with little kitchens and private bathrooms. The rent for these rooms is expected to exceed 600/month, which means the units are aimed at all the rich kids attending Carlson School of Management instead of all the people without rich parents who are looking for housing that they can afford without working two jobs to pay for, and don't forget the tuition in there too.
