Union Network International or UNI is a global union federation of around 800 unions from more than 140 countries representing over 15 million members world-wide. It claims to be the world’s largest grouping of individual trade unions, although it has fewer members than Education International.
UNI was formed on January 1 2000 from the merger of four pre-existing federations;
