The opposite of type A personality. A type B person is patient, noncompetitive, relaxed and is considered to be less hurried and friendlier than a type A person. Type Bs can cope with stress effectively by controlling their anger and some people claim that this ability makes type Bs less predisposed to coronary heart disease. Type Bs are also believed to be creative, imaginative and philosophical.
