Triarchy In the TopCow Universe, the Triarchy consists of Three Powers that oppose each other, and keep the balance of good and evil in the world. There will be chaos when one becomes too powerful. The two known powers of the Triarchy are The Darkness and the Witchblade. The third power still remains a mystery.
