fellow noders

E2 is heavy with verse
by would-be poets

i do not want to offend them
(i know their hearts are pure)
but some poems are so awkward
so wordy
it's a shame

thus i plead with you
fair noders
rewrite your verses
until they sing
of broken hearts and lost souls
or beautiful princes and second chances

and i ask you please
please
write poems worthy of everything2
