Every week, on
Monday and
Thursday mornings,
Tokyo comes under attack, not by
Godzilla, but by
big black crows, called
karasu in
Japanese. And there are loads and loads of these flying
vermin throughout the city.
Why specifically Monday and Thursday? Because they are the karasu feeding days.
Monday and Thursdays are trash days in Tokyo.
