Timo Vuorensola (of Tampere, Finland) is the director of Star Wreck: in the Pirkinning, and also plays Lieutenant Dwarf, a rather blatant Worf-parody, introduced in the previous film in the series. The movie has a website which claims he has acted and directed previously in indie movies, but IMDB has no details on this.
His work on Star Wreck: In the Pirkinning seems to have been well executed, especially (if this is indeed his doing) the convincing interaction between characters on fairly complex blue screen scenes. Acting, portraying as he does the rather taciturn secondary character of Lt. Dwarf, was probably less of a strain, although Vuorensola does have his funnier moments.
