First, let me explain what suislide is (its spelled correctly...)
Suislide is a techie type who created template config files for
action quake 2. In order to leave his mark, he left his name as the
default player name.
The suislide
syndrome is whenever you see a person on an online game, chat server, etc. that has for a
handle "unnamed", "
anonymous", or "
player". These are newbies that didn't bother reading any directions or reading any options.
The debate is whether or not you should
help them. Most say no, because they have not bothered to put any effort into reading the
help files for themselves and therefore are probably going to
whine and
complain until you tell them everything most users figure out for themselves by trial and error or by reading the
documentation.
