The Wizard of Speed and Time is a classic low-budget short film made just to show off some special effects. The Wizard can be seen racing down highways and doing things at a comical pace. This film is a staple at all Dr. Demento shows, and is comparable to the infamous Bambi vs. Godzilla flick.
