I UNDERSTAND
When there's nobody home
Burns on the ceiling are where dragons have flown

Dolphins cry 'cause they ate of the Christ
Holy and hot, we gave in to our vice
Wicked and warm, we shudder and cry

We're all out here, shiver and blaspheme
The wife of the Christ is at home
And she's laughing.

When I was doing the twist in St. Tropez, I was surprised to hear a local legend that Mary Magdalen had supposedly arrived there in a boat with Joseph of Arimetha. She was the wife of Christ and pregnant with his child. Old Joe was watching out for her. After the crucifixion he took her to this little spot on the French Riviera. Back then it was not the hot spot that it is today.
