Robot Master - The Man Behind the Machines!

Walter Barnett, an employee of the top secret Intelligence and Information Institute, is assigned to come up with a way to reduce the risk of public hysteria caused by the Transformers. He hires a fired comics artist Donny Finkleberg to perform Robot-Master, convincing to the masses he controls all the robots.
Upon finding Megatron incapacitated due to running out of fuel, Barnett and Finkelberg rush to the spot assisted by the military, to present him as a captured Transformer live on TV. G.B. Blackrock arrives to stop this, but the scene soon turns into a battleground between the army forces, Autobots and Decepticons.

"I have two reasons to kill you.. for insulting the Decepticons with so contemptible an assertion.. and for daring to strike me with a match!" - Megatron
