Rush Limbaugh is a witty and charming man. But he's often mistaken for the character he plays on radio: "Rush Limbaugh", a well-heeled Howard Stern. No lesbian fetishes, but a "Hillary-is-a-dyke" fetish. No tasteless lampooning of blacks, just racism couched in wonk-speak. The real work (and dirty work) of politics is boring, and of no use to an entertainer like Rush. A pity, since those boring things are often of more importance than his Dittohead Circuses.
