This television series of comedy is about Alan B'Stard, the self-appointed farthest to the right MP in the UK. The character, played by Rik Mayall, is more corrupt and cruel than any politician you might ever have heard of... He treats one of his fellow MP's, Piers Fletcher-Dervish, played by Michael Troughton, as less than a slave, while he constantly cheats on his wife, Sarah, played by Marsha Fitzalan, who doesn't behave any better.
In this hilarious satire, the conservative MP will get involved with Nazis during a Nazi hunt, or tries to get some more cash by giving party secrets to the labour party... All along worshipping Margaret Thatcher. The series was made by Channel 4
