The Fixx

A British 80s synthpop band composed of Cy Curnin, Adam Woods, Jamie West-Oram, Rupert Greenall and Charlie Barret. The Fixx was the kind of band that was always there in the background; they produced some memorable tunes that appeared in movie soundtracks and such, but nothing spectacular or truly fame-inducing. They tried hard but never really made it big, as their albums often sold quite well but rarely produced any real hits. Their music fared significantly better in the United States than in their homeland.
