A nice, nostalgic Irish film about a boy, Francie Brady, and his long quest for the "Francie Brady's Not A Bad Bastard Any More" Diploma.
It's set in the sixties, with lots of Communist phobia floating around.
Featuring Sinead O'Connor as the virgin Mary.
Quite violent.

Also the name of an old song from the period the film is set in, which is featured in the film.
