Secondary Plot: With
G'Kar's help,
Vir assassinates
Emperor Cartagia after
Londo gets into a
scuffle with him. Londo is named
Prime Minister, and decrees that the
Centauri shall leave
Narn forever. G'Kar is offered
leadership of his people, which he
declines.
