A town in
Texas which is home to the Terlingua International
Chili Championship, sponsored by
CASI. It's the
chiliheads' version of the
Burning Man festival, bringing people together in the middle of nowhere to have fun.
The championship is on the first Saturday of November each year; more information is available at chili.org.
