Hebrew for the Simple character (see Rashah). Someone who is not exactly stupid, but perhaps never had the initiative in life to figure things out. It could also be someone who chooses not to be a smart ass (Chacham) or punk (Rashah), and maybe got so caught up in being objective that they blunted their character.
