This is a song by Ween, from the album The Pod.

This song is distorted with odd vocal effects and percussion. Surprise. It is like it is slowed down and the singer is piss-drunk. Kind of sounds as though you were listening to a regular song and the batteries in your Walkman started dying.

The lyrics generally do not make much sense. For instance, most of it is urging to strap on the jammy pac, as in the first stanza of the song:

Strap on that there jammy pac.
Get a grip on your soul.
Sip on that there family flask,
And I'll guide you towards the door.
She don't feed me in the mornin',
And I can't take no more!
So strap on that there jammy pac,
And get up off my floor.

Not exactly an auspicious beginning for an album, since at this point one wishes the singer would get up off the floor if he is going to bother to make an album. If you get past the first song, you are either a big Ween fan, incredibly open minded, or too high to care. (Or maybe too lazy or drunk to get up and turn the stereo to something more melodic.)
