An easy way to get through Stoichiometric calculations in chemistry is to use Dimensional Analysis in conjunction with a table of units like this one (in glorious ASCII):

-6- 6.02x10^23 Particles \ 1 mol
-7- 1 mol \ 6.02x10^23 Particles
NOTE: -2- and -3- are only applicable to gasses at STP
