Artist and co-creator (along with Garth Ennis) on the DC/Vertigo comic series Preacher. Known for his skill at rendering facial features and depictions of violence, i.e. Tulip blowing some guy's jaw off with a handgun.

Also collaborated with Ennis on Hellblazer, and had a run as artist on Animal Man.
Worked on 2000AD in the UK like most Vertigo creators, if memory serves.
