One of the original 1982 set of G.I. Joe 3 3/4" action figures. Steeler came with an Uzi and this cool looking binocular/visor thing. He wasn’t sold separately but packaged with the MOBAT (Motorized Battle Tank).

And, of course, he is from Pittsburgh.
