Character of comedian Harry Enfield. Stavros is a Greek Keebab Shop owner. The humour stems from the curious viewpoint of Britain from the eyes of a recent immigrant. catch pharse 'Hello everybody peeps'. Based apparently on a real Kebab Shop owner.
