Videos depicting a person (usually a woman) crushing an
animal to death, usually with their
feet. The videos are usually lumped together with
hardcore foot fetish videos, but have become increasingly
graphic and have attained a growing
audience outside of the
fetish. They have been called the closest thing to
commercial snuff films. Apparently very hard to find as well, I personally have only seen one for
sale.
The only large
American company that sells squish videos is called
Squish Productions. Their videos consist mainly of well-dressed
women crushing mice and insects. The owner of the company,
Jeff Vilencia, has said it's a very
popular genre, and has priced the videos from $100 and up. Also, he
refuses to make videos involving any animals larger than a
gerbil or
mouse.
The first country to make it illegal to
distribute (but not own) the videos is
England, spawning a fairly large
underground market for
Squish Video. Because of the difficulty of
importing the videos from
America, the most
hardcore and
disgusting come from within
England, but mainly from
Germany. (Which isn't surprising, considering
Germany produces some of the world's most
hardcore porn, including
scat)
The
German videos include the crushing of cats and dogs, and even a few videos depicting a
horse being ridden until exhaustion, then shot in the
head.
Note: Sometimes called "
crush video", but crush videos usually refer to men being sat/layed on by overweight women.
Updates to the node: A
Long Island man has been brought up on
animal cruelty charges from his productions of squish videos. This was in 1999, but I just found it. I haven't seen a follow-up. (The media calls them "
crush video" for some reason)
