The site of a famous and chilling ghost sighting in Cumberland, England. Many troops were seen ascending the steep fell on horseback and then riding off a cliff. Locals, confused when they could not find evidence of the troops having ever been there, investigated historical records and discovered that these troops were ghosts of those that had fled during the battle of Culloden and subsequently launched themselves off the cliff.
