A 3-hankie 1980 movie starring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour, directed by Jeannot Szwarc from the novel by Richard Matheson Bid Time Return. It's a story about a modern man who falls in love with the portrait of a woman he feels for whom he feels a destiny awaits. The original soundtrack is by John Barry and contains some poignantly memorable pieces of music.
