You realise, of course, I'm male. This may colour my opinion.

Work today announced that HR has setup a 24 hour hotline to report sexual harassment. Now I can understand this running outside work hours, at least this way you could complain without being overheard in the office. But 24 hour? What are you going to do? Wake up next to your boss at 3am in the morning then complain?

And I wonder why the company's profits are declining ...
