There's nothing like the smell of a hot Scalextric set, when the cars have been running fast for some time. Anyone know what it is? My guess is some sort of ozone compound from the motors.

Note: virtually everyone pronounces "Scalextric" incorrectly, as scalec-trix. To be a proper pedant, be sure to emphasize the correct pronounciation.
