A bottom-fermented lager, produced by Boston Beer Company.
It is brewed using only malt, hops, yeast and water, no preservatives are added in the process. The result is a bit darker ('golden brown' is the term that I'd use) than other lagers like Miller and Budweiser, and tastes a lot better, both chilled and at room temperature. The alcohol level is 4.75 percent.
